Trikes split into two quite different businesses, and mixing them up is the most common mistake at the enquiry stage. Passenger configurations serve resorts, tourism operators and last-mile transport, where seating, canopy and ride comfort decide the sale. Cargo configurations serve traders and delivery work, where bed dimensions and load rating decide it. The chassis may be shared; the buying criteria are not.

EEC certification carries more weight in this category than elsewhere, because passenger-carrying vehicles attract closer regulatory attention in most markets. Where a model is certified, that certification is what makes registration straightforward for your customers — so confirm the status for the exact configuration you intend to order, not for the model family in general.

Trikes are the bulkiest units in the catalog and load least efficiently into a container. For a first order, that usually argues for a smaller trike quantity alongside scooters rather than a dedicated trike container.
