This is the segment where regulation drives the decision more than the spec sheet does. Motors from 3000W up to 6000W place these machines in licence categories that differ sharply between markets: what registers as an ordinary moped in one country needs full motorcycle homologation in another. Settle that question against your own market before shortlisting models, because it determines which platforms are even eligible.

Range figures in any catalog, ours included, are measured under steady conditions on flat ground with a light rider. Real-world range on hilly terrain, with a passenger, or in stop-start traffic lands materially lower. When a customer's expectation is built on the catalog number, the complaint arrives after delivery — so quote the conditions alongside the figure.

Full-size motorcycles take up more container volume per unit than any other category here. That reshapes the economics of a first order: the freight cost per machine is higher, so mixed containers combining performance models with scooters are often the more sensible way to test a market before committing to a full load.
