What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Standard MOQ is one 20ft container per model (roughly 40–70 scooters depending on the model and CBU/SKD packing). Mixed-model containers are possible — send your shortlist through the inquiry form and we will return a loading plan.

Are the vehicles EEC certified for Europe?

Accepted Answer

Selected models (D70, XT-08, Ecco, Capri Comfort, M&K Cargo and others) carry EEC type approval, marked with an EEC badge in the catalog. For these we supply the COC paperwork needed for EU registration. For other models we can quote homologation support per market.

Can I order with my own brand (OEM/ODM)?

Yes. From container-level MOQ we support custom decals, colorways, badges, packaging and user manuals under your brand. Tooling for unique body parts is quoted per project.

Which battery options are available?

Accepted Answer

Most platforms run 60V or 72V architecture with 20–50Ah capacity. Options include lead-acid (graphene), generic lithium and brand-cell lithium such as Guoxuan packs on flagship models. Battery transport documentation (UN38.3, MSDS) is provided for sea freight.

What are the payment and shipping terms?

Standard terms are 30% T/T deposit with balance against bill of lading copy, quoted FOB Chinese port or CIF your destination. L/C is possible for larger programs. Lead time is typically 25–40 days after deposit and spec confirmation.

How is quality controlled before shipment?

Accepted Answer

Factories run in-line QC, and every order can include a third-party pre-shipment inspection (SGS/TÜV or your nominated agency) with photo and video reports before the balance payment is due.

Question 7

Do you supply spare parts and after-sales support?

Accepted Answer

Each container can include a spare-parts kit (controllers, chargers, brake components, plastics) sized to your order, plus service manuals and wiring diagrams for your workshop network.

Can I get samples before a container order?

Accepted Answer

Yes — sample units ship via LCL or air freight at sample pricing, deductible from your first container order for confirmed programs.
